Earsonics SM64: The Impressions Thread
Do SM64 share the same cables for UM3X? There are very few cables made for SM64. The one I found said it applies to both SM64 and UM3X. https://www.moon-audio.com/silver-dragon-iem-cable.html Is that true?- umvue

Balanced input portable speakers?
https://www.head-fi.org/articles/headphone-power-calculator-spreadsheet.17131/ I found this calculator. If I plug in 16 ohm for impedance and 88dB/mW for sensitivity, I can see that at 147.91mW output can achieve 109.7dB which seems to be good enough for most purposes. Does that mean DP-CMX1...- umvue

Balanced input portable speakers?
https://www.galaxyaudio.com/products/mspa5#specifications Would this work with Onkyo DP-CMX1? Can I buy a splitter like this to hook them up? http://www.lunashops.com/goods.php?id=5241 If that's possible, how do I know if DP-CMX1's 150mW output can drive them?- umvue

Onkyo DP-CMX1 GRANBEAT | Dual Dac | Balanced | Phone DAP
Finally got my ER4S balanced cable from Lavricables. Indeed the balanced output is much louder as spec'ed. I also heard more details. Definitely need a balanced headphone to fulfill DP-CMX1's potential.- umvue

My SD card was formatted in the NTFS format. It could be read by Granbeat without any problem. Perhaps your SD card was formatted in FAT format?- umvue

Onkyo DP-CMX1 GRANBEAT | Dual Dac | Balanced | Phone DAP
I have a ER4S and a SM64. Both are 100 ohm impedance. I am thinking of buying a 2.5mm TRRS balanced cable for ER4S. If I do that, can I plug in both IEMs at the same time and listen to them simultaneously?- umvue

Earsonics SM64: The Impressions Thread
Just bought a new SM64. Was an owner of three consecutive ER4S. It seems to me SM64 is easier to drive to than ER4S, correct? I found that when I use the stock bi-flange, I can hear the bass much better if I push the tip against my ear canal. However, it bounces back when I relieve the pressure...- umvue

If you still love Etymotic ER4, this is the thread for you...
I am a big fan of ER4 series. I had three ER4Ses in a row. I used the first one until the line is broken. I lost the second one while riding public transport. Now the third one's line begins to get loose recently, so I am thinking about getting a new IEM to replace ER4S. I want one that is at...- umvue

Onkyo DP-CMX1 GRANBEAT | Dual Dac | Balanced | Phone DAP
As a V10 owner, I don't think Onkyo needs to worry too much about LG phones. While my phone has great sound, it gets hot very easily and I heard that many V10 phones died due to overheat. Plus, LG sux in phone software, even though my V10 is still kicking, it is becoming sluggish day after day...- umvue

LG V20 Sound Quality
Can it be a stuck power button problem? Samsung Galaxy S3 also has bootloop problem caused by a stuck power button. If that's the case, removing the power button can solve the issue. You can boot up the phone by USB connection and then download an app to simulate power button when it is on.- umvue
