1964 Ears
Im having problems cleaning my customs. Theres some small tiny particles of earwax that I cant clean because its too deep. How do you guys clean your customs? It doesnt affect the sound but it irritates me knowing that theres wax build up in it. Btw ever since I got my customs, I have...- cigarillofiend

Quote: The triple flanges did cause discomfort at first, but I adjusted; however that was more of a discomfort feeling. The customs is more of a loose, insecure feeling however it actually isn't. I'm probably just being over paranoid about it; hopefully I will adjust to it soon; it really...- cigarillofiend

1964 Ears
It's still very awkward for me to wear customs. Maybe because im used to having triple flanges very deep in my ear canal. The customs feel rather loose; like they COULD slip out, but I tried to make them fall out; however they stayed firm. They form a good seal & dont break seal or anything...- cigarillofiend

1964 Ears
I'm only an amateur so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I dont find them to be neutral (to my standards/untrained ears). They are quite bassy, and lack a bit of high end; which by the way, I could care less, because I listen to hip hop and all that new junk. If I had to describe the type of...- cigarillofiend

1964 Ears
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I have finally received my triples. I am currently listening to them as I type, and Oh my god... I think my ears have been raped by the amazing sound. Whoever said Triples didn't have bass, needs a slap to the face. (kidding.. maybe) I consider...- cigarillofiend

Quote: Yeah, They discontinued the authentic large weave, so I may be one of the last ones who got this option. I paid $50 for the authentic carbon fiber before the price went up to $100.- cigarillofiend

1964 Ears
So... 1964 Ears no longer does the large weave carbon fiber anymore due to difficulties. Kind of sucks since I kind of wanted a matching set when the 1964-V6 comes out. Oh well, I guess I'll have to settle for a different design.- cigarillofiend

I think you're asking this on the wrong forum. This forum is based on people who enjoy the quality of music and take pride in the equipment that we purchase. Most, if not all of us do not appreciate fake items nor the sound that they produce. I listened to a pair of fake miles davis's that...- cigarillofiend

Review: TCG T-Box, a new compact portable amp
Yep, It comes with everything pictured in the ebay link. It's a very high quality cable, I've seen similar cables sell for atleast $30. Overall, Im happy with my purchase. Review: TCG T-Box, a new compact portable amp
Quote: The build quality on the T-Box is quite superb. The only complaint I have is that the potentiometer (volume dial) on mine is slightly crooked when in the MIN or MAX position. Anywhere in between it is quite unnoticeable.- cigarillofiend

UK Headfier looking to try Customs
If the option is available, I would opt for 6 drivers. However I'm not sure if UM does upgrades on 1964 Ears. All I see on the custom-iem site is TF10, SE530, W3/UM3X, LW3. You may want to ask. Though.. It may be a costly venture, so whatever you can afford may be a better choice. You...- cigarillofiend

Best IEM under $100 for jogging and going to the gym.
Hrm.. You guys sure spend a lot of money for gym earphones. I personally use the MEElectronics M6 at the gym. Why? Let's see, It isolates fairly well, it sounds decent enough, and did I mention its about 20 bucks? The way I see it, Earphones at the gym are highly prone to damage whether by...- cigarillofiend
