From time to time on my iPhone they have turned on in a state where the volume was not very loud. Restarting the headphones has always fixed this. Functioning normally they are always more than loud enough for me, even as someone who prefers fairly loud listening.

I am not personally feeling like there is a difference in sound after the update. Still sounds dark and excessively bassy to me without EQ. My opinion of these headphones seems to change by the moment. Probably because they are such a stark contrast to my CD3k's which are my most used...

Perhaps someone else can confirm, but I believe that while they can't generally connect to two devices simultaneously in the way we'd like, you can connect to two devices simultaneously if one of them is connected to the Phone profile rather than both to the Music profile...

I think you'll get a slightly tweaked sound profile and an improvement in the touch controls. Possibly multiple simultaneous BT connections and a higher bit-rate while using the EQ. I would not expect major design or sound profile changes when the overall consensus is these characteristics are...
