The right side is now significantly louder than the left side. Sounds like they have been damaged. Did you drop them or bounce them off a table. It sounds like one BA went bad. This is the reason I will never buy an expensive multi-BA IEM, too fragile.

The software version is 1.12. As I remember, in 5 days I think there were a couple songs that may have had gapless issues. It's not a big deal. My vinyl rips plays backs back the clicks and pops gapless.

Got my x10 last friday. Most software issues are fixed. Pause resume where it left off. No pausing or 1 sec cut between songs. The micro CF is amazing. Sounds great with KZ ZS5's. The only issue is that is doesn't play when charging and there was no case in the $118.00 package.
