From what I know, The DX3 Pro measures better. Has latest AKM chips and lower output impedance that will be more suited to various headphones and IEM. I would go for the DX3.

Just ordered mine. This will be the last BT headphones I'm going to order... Already owned PX, 1000xm3 and Backbeat Pro 2 and kept none of them. This is the last chance I give to BT cans.

Hard to know... I find that AKG communicates so badly about their products... I don't think anybody could get the answer (from them, at least) I asked them recently what BT Codec are supported by their new wireless flagship (N700NC)... Still waiting for the answer. As well as the EU...

Welcome... back, Qutest. This is my second unit as my first didn't match very well with my (sold) Peachtree Nova 300. Now, with my Denon PMA-2500NE... Need more days to listen but seems promising so far!
