I bought mine, the plastic box version with no mic, from here. Sansa Clip+ can't properly handle these so I doubt cheap players or cell phones can either. These IEMs need an amp.

I just ordered pair of these for €18.62 including shipping fees.   I should stop buying IEMs now. Even if and when they are cheap.

RE0s are commonly known for their strange behaviour during the first 100 hours or so. Could be normal, yet strange burn in progress or could be that something has broken.

Sonys are burned in already? If not then that could be the reason for treble harshness.
