I think im gonna get a new set and keep the shures too because most of the time i listen to music at home and the shures are perfect for that, its just when im out and about i have to keep taking them out and putting them back in which is a pain... Less cumbersome alternative to the SHURE SE215??
I recently got the Shure se215's and i love them..... everything except the memory wire and the extra long cable. So my question is could you guys recommend me a pair with similar sound characteristics but with a shorter cable and easier to just bang in your ears and go?? Any help is...- tuliphead

Newer EU Sony Walkmans have worse volume cap than before.
I just ended up returning mine..... Hugely disappointed in Sony. Well Cowon has my business now instead- tuliphead

I just got the sony nwza845 today and my god its awful..... The max volume setting is like half volume or less on my ipod. Im disgusted to find out this cant be changed. Im so angry right now- tuliphead

Thanks for the responses guys. I never considered the j3 so ill have a look at that too. The sony seems very tempting but im worried about the volume cap issue for eu devices?? can ya turn that off??- tuliphead

Hi everyone, I am very new to all this but recently got some shure se215 iem's and was blown away by the sound. Saying that, i hate how my ipod nano sounds so "tinny" compared to when i have them into my computer. The computer sounds much smoother, textured and suppose less horrible...- tuliphead

Thanks guys! I currently use Soundmagic pl30's but want a much bigger less sterile sound?? I dont really know how to describe what i want but from what i've read and what you guys have said im leaning towards the shures....
