Would the Noble X Massdrop IEM be an upgrade over my UE900? I have had it for a long long time, looking for an upgrade.

I don't mind colouring the sound, since I am not doing any mixing or monitoring, Rokit itself is coloured. I don't need headphone amp either haha, just wonder how it would alter the sound with tube amp.

I am currently running Computer optical out > Little dot DAC_I RCA out > KRK Rokit 6. I am using the KRK solely for music listening. I wonder what effect will add if I buy a Little Dot mk_iii as preamp in between DAC and KRK?

Found out the problem at the hifi shop, its the dac xlr problem

I went a head and got a sound card, didn't help, tried the USB input on my DAC_I, didn't help, as long as I am using XLR there is a hiss, could it be my monitors?

Found it, problem is the TOSLINK, but why doesn't the RCA have noise and XLR do? how do i solve it?

most of the time hiss from speakers or tube amps are caused by the power, I was using Musical Paradise MP302 MK2, it was hissing CRAZILY LOUD, but then I unplugged my laptop power supply from the mains of my room, PROBLEM SOLVED.

I went with Audioengine A5+, don't like subwoofer with my music, thanks for the tip tho
