Sound check was super easy, and I happened to have it wired correctly. As for the sound,I feel like I'm really hearing some of my music for the first time. Just incredible.

So I received my cherry Eikon yesterday and got about 20 minutes with it. All I can say is wow. The biggest difference I noticed from the 660s is a much wider soundstage and deeper, more layered sound. Obviously very quick and initial impressions. However, I do have a question for you all...

I don't know if they are the king or not but my ER4XRs have unbelievable isolation. As far as comfort goes, I have no problems but it must be ear-shape related.

My current setup is really basic: Macbook Pro to JDS Atom.

Just bought a used Cherry Eikon. It will be my first closed back, first ZMF, and first higher-end headphone. Coming from HD660s. Really excited to hear the differences!

Can anyone comment on differences between ZMF's closed back offerings (Atticus and Eikon) versus the DCA Aeon Flow Closed 2 (which I realize is brand new). I'm looking to get closed back cans, which I have never owned, and am looking at these specifically. Thanks!
