Hey guys, long time no see.   There are plenty of PCB-mounted 3.5mm sockets out there that have switches in them that will open/close when a plug has been pushed in.   I was wondering, howeverm if anyone has seen one that can be soldered onto the end of a cable?   Thanks for reading...

Hrm, what about building multiple stereo USB DACs and integrating a USB hub into your project? Does the software you are looking at using will allow to use different sound cards for different channels? Rob.
