Out in the garage I came across this DIY amp I made years ago. I put an IEC power socket on the back panel and hooked it up to test.
It makes a pretty good headphone amp...

Output devices are Hitachi 2SJ56 and 2SK176 biased at 75ma. Transformers are 2 X 70VCT @ 3.5 amps and caps are 4 X 10,000uf with power supplies at +/- 50VDC. Outputs and supply rails are fused on front panel and each transformer has a 2A breaker.
Oh yeah, there's a Switchcraft headphone jack on the front panel.
