I guess he needs more memory since he loads and listens to alot of music. Why not the iPod Classic? It's pretty decent and atleast he stays in the iPod line . But if he wants fun then maybe like what the others said,get him a iTouch.

The Fuze is pretty good already.The 5th and 4th Gen have a Wolfson DAC(correct me if I am wrong) and the classic dosen't so if you really want to get the iPod series then get the 4th or 5th.But really i think the Fuze is fine already unless you desire more memory.
