Keen to hear both of your impressions comparing the 2 (Apos Reserve and PSvane Classic TII)

New review on this tube here (Passion for Sound). I am a little gutted to have watched it tho. The Lyr+ was mentioned as a kind of minimum standard for spending this amount on a tube vs amp quality and price. Although it wasn't used in Lyr+, the opinion was that this tube will really sing in it...

Have you any experience with these GEC L63 10E/348? If so, are they warmer than the STC I have just bought - should I have gone with those instead... hmm!?

Assuming the dual tube adapter isn't already one... It looks as though you need a good looking adapter from @Deyan! Prices, including shipping, are most reasonable. I'll upload a pic in a mo of mine. 2 in aluminium to match the Lyr+ chassis and another dual adapter (dual 6J5 to 6SN7). No doubt...

Got a small query perhaps someone could answer for me... Actually it's a couple. Are the Ken Rad VT-94 metal the same or close sounding as the glass top, metal base VT-94D? I'd like to grab a pair of the glass, metal base ones for aesthetics over the metal tube ones, but if they are inferior...
