Thank you for the Info. EQ is useless, because it's not global for all music apps and some apps have no EQ. The filter are not enough for my taste. So i will sell the M8 and go back to the warm sounding M6 Pro.

Yes i know, sometimes it's working fine and sometimes it's crashing and bugs. The most annoying thing was the next track was not playing and then there was silence like at connection lost at a stream

At my M6 Pro and M8 Spitify is working very fine. Only when i switch the storage to the ext. micro SD it's making some bugs.

i was solving it with the Shanling M8 -> double storage capacity ;-) But i will downgrade to the M6 Pro, because i love it's very warm sounding. That is gold fir electronic music.

Yes, i had also Problems with using the micro SD card for Spotify. After every track the playback was stopping and after some time, it was not working anymore (force quit). @Shanling do you think, you can make one update for this bug or is it only possible with an spotify update?

No, for sure not! Don't get me wrong, The M8 is and sounds extreme nice. I only said i like more the warmer sounding of the M6 Pro. Staging and resolution is much better at the M8, Display is much better. All is better than M6 Pro. I only don't like the more neutral sounding.

The size is really not the problem. I love the sound signature of the M6 pro more, that's the one and only reason. I will loose some details, but i have to go back to the M6 Pro.

Battery life is really nice at the M8, i get much more listening time than at M6 Pro.

yes for sure! The hardware and the look and feel is much more highend. The sound i better, but it's hard to compare to so nice sounding devices. I think the M6 pro makes it also very good and it's smaller. So you can handle it easier on the go.
