JH Audio QA is generally bad. I won't spend anymore money on their products, when you pay this much money for something you expect to not have issues like this. I won't waste money on another headphone cable or spend money shipping their faulty product back to them ever again.

Yeah, my Roxannes are the same way. I asked them about it once and they told me something to the effect of "both sides are custom tuned for the best sound" but that sounds like BS to me because one would expect a balanced sound when the dials are set to the same position yet there's always more...

Well the black dragon produces a more notable difference assuming you like bass. Compared to the silver dragon the only difference I hear is less bass and more transparency but again the resolution is poor.

Sorry for the delay, I sent my Roxannes in for repair last week and I just got them back yesterday. So far the only notable difference I hear is the silver dragon has less bass than the black dragon and stock IEM cable, the sound is a bit more transparent but I was hoping for more transparency...

Yes, the new stock cable requires at least 80 hours before they open up. You should also make sure there's no wax inside your ears.

The Roxanne can sound like the JH13 yes, you can use the bass adjustment pot to add more fullness if you want but the sound you're looking for would have the adjustment pot set flat to 0. So the Roxanne can have as much fullness as the JH13 or much more.
