Hi,  Here is my rig :  HE-560, H10, JDS Lab C5D as DAC (modded to use the analog input as Line-out. Using Tidal.   My problem is that I something find the sound to be too sibilant, so much that I have to EQ the treble -2db to get a acceptable sound on some records. I believe my problem...

Be sure you have the balance switch down, its changes the volume. I had to fiddle around a bit to find the right settings.now I'm +6db always around 12pm, with an HE-560.

What source are you using?
