Xin Supermacro 3 replacement recommendations
I would love to know how the sound compares and is there anything on the market with a USB DAC that would be comparable. I am using it to drive Grado RS1's but have just bought a pair of Audio Technica ATH M50 headphones for mobile music. Any recommendations would be appreciated.- nice-biscuit

Xin Supermacro 3 replacement recommendations
I have decided to sell my Xin Supermacro 3 with the intention of replacing it with a similar headphone amp. The reason for sale is that I want to use the headphone amp with my PC via a USB DAC. I did have a Headroom Bithead but generally disappointed with it. Could anyone recommend an...- nice-biscuit

Sound Card recommendations for a Mac G5
Thanks for all the help. I will go for the DAC optical route. Any suggestions on DAC's around the $500 mark. It would be nice to go for the DAC1 but I would like to hear something first in this cost region. My only concern that the DAC is recognised by the G5 when connected. I am looking for a...- nice-biscuit

Ae-1 Has landed!
Looks like another great amp to temp us. Checking out the photos it looks like the opamps are hard wired with no option of swapping. Anyone know the opamps fitted to the amp? It would be nice to have the option to roll amps, a feature that the cheaper Go-Vibe allows. Perhaps it's discounted for...- nice-biscuit
