Hi everyone,

I bought the following portable headamp from Zero Audiocraft,

It uses 2 Burr Brown OPA2227PA. It sounds pretty good but I was wondering how it would sound with other opamps. What other opamp can be used? AD8066? AD845? Seeking valuable advice from fellow HeadFi'ers.

Nice looking amp KWHV how is it's 'blackness' any background noise on the headphones you are using. OPA627/637's are nice though they drain the battery quicker. OPA227's are nice. Maybe check this thread out

a lot of people seemed to recommend the 2107 opamp for this purpose.. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet as I haven't heard it
