Can anyone compare the Orb to the it03? I bought the H40 as a slight upgrade to the it03 and found it simply wasn't one. The mids were way too far behind the midbass bloom to enjoy them and the note placement was too...spashy. I can't think of another way to put it. I am a soundstage-head above...

Can anyone compare the t800 to the it03? Or aq3 to the it03? I love the ibasso's, but I could use more note weight and bigger stage...just checking out my options. Bass quantity is just about perfect on the it03'same as well, but could use more detail/rumble/slam sometimes.

Hecking darn. Should've just burned em in. The ISN H40 is another disappointment to me. Amazing Soundstage size/3D presentation but no coherent timbre. Full of bass bloat, little clarity, sibilance galore, and lifeless mids. I totally fell for the hype. I think I'll be trying the FDX1 again...

The FDX1 truly sounds like the fit for me, but dang the first experience was rough. Was the whole signature "off" to you because of the bass? And yes, I could imagine it to be about 5-10db light...
