What other headphones could you maybe compare them to? I went with he V-Moda CF1 at the time instead of the P7s.

No they were wired.

I have always loved V-Moda sound profile and listening to any genre they are amazing I think.

When I tried they at Best buy they seemed very flat and no bass, maybe it was the source or headphones being used. No sure, just not very lively.

Because they aren't wireless I think..smh

Oh I see. I have some blue tooth headphones however no in the ear ones so was searching for an alternative to using to using my CFW in the gym due to sweating all over them. I appreciate the response.

I will be trading mine in for the 50% off as well but I wish they wouldn't dispose of the old headphones since most of them are probably in great condition and maybe donate them or test them and sell them used and use the money for charity. Just a thought.

I agree the volume on the 550's when using an iPod or phone is not loud enough. V-Moda have an amazing range and to me are very balances between highs, mids and bass especially if you listed to newer genres.

Let me know your thoughts on a direct comparison to the CFW1 because I am thinking of trading them in for the 2's.

Do they have a good pair of Wireless headphones? I have and love my V-Moda CFW and some other wireless and wired headphones but prefer wireless.

I have the first CFW and the XXL pads started to smell on me after many visits to the gym
