Speaking of… I recently got the Campfire Ara, Dorado, Sabre as well as the Fiio FH9, Dunu Zen Pro and a few others and I must say I’ve been really loving it. Some of those multi driver IEMs are quite magical.

God thats a hard one, IE900 is a very resolving all-rounder where as Monarch is a multi driver setup that lacks a little in the upper mids. IE900 for my take.

Its possible you could have had a defective unit then. Virtually ever major reviewer in the industry has called the headphone detailed, neutral and accurate including a lot of those you follow.

Same sound signature, but the Utopias are obviously more airy and open sounding and the Stellia more intimate with a bit tighter and more focused bass. However, there is a reason Utopias cost $1K more and thats because they have a sort of unmatched speed and technicality being open back.

That’s a great choice, but I have that on my main set up paired with a denafrips. Looking for something in the lower price range >$1k for a recliner chair. The DC500 is probably the best sub $1k dac on the market, but I got it purely because of the cost/ performance ratio.

Just snagged a BRZHIFI DC500 off AliExpress, but trying to figure out a good amp pairing to pair with the unit. Preferably something that similar in size and color (silver) so it looks neat on my desktop.
