Wired, with ambient on/off etc., do any of these modes change things?

My DUM cable crapped out so I decided to make a more flexible setup...mmcx to the Mr Speakers connector. Using a spare ALO litz with microphone module, I have to admit I like the result!

Use the max volume setting under the music settings. It rescales the volume increments too. I had to do this since I go from andromeda to Bose qc25 often and the result isn’t fun. Also note this setting works for other apps.

Well, one of the wires on my x20i gave up the ghost. No obvious event just notices sound was cutting out. The insulation is torn where the connector is. Need to call Klipsch to see how they handle it.

If you get a pair, you won't send them back... I took the leap last year without auditioning and never once had buyers remorse. My only complaint was I like them so much I needed a iPhone compatible cable with mic and that was handled a few weeks ago

Speaking of cables... My DUM was acting up as if it had a bad solder joint at the mini jack so cut the heatshrink to inspect. Looked good but then realized that if I would spin the barrel on the Neutrik mini it was better. Just a heads up. Now I need some of that thicker heat shrink tubing.

The OI of the iP7 lightning to 3.5mm will handle the bass for you. I still prefer the DFR for iPhone duty but hat the bulk. It brings a little more realism into live performances to me but you definitely don't need the power. I'm curious about the new lightning cabl they have for he andromeda...

I spend hours a day listening to mini 4, iPhone 6s+ and IPP. Normally switch to the dragon fly red but despise of control and mic plus the bulk of using a CCK. I use the iPhone 7 dongle sometimes when needing a little bass boost on andromeda. Headphones in the current cycle. campfire...
