So far I've been using the iDX160's cause of lack of good bluetooth IEM's, but now I'm seriously thinking about buying the BT's.   How do the BT's compare to the iDX160's regarding sound quality?

I own a pair of DT 990's pro for about 2 years now and every 3-4 months the earpads become really thin from the pressure (I have a large head).   They become so thin that when I replace the earpads my music suddenly sounds much better and airy again (could be my imagination, but I doubt it)...
