Moondrop in-ear monitors Impressions Thread
first-time listening to the Blessing 2...initial thoughts: damn, these are huge. i have small, flat ears...but, with the smallest tips they actually fit quite well. they stick out a bit, but the isolation is really good and it doesn't hurt. they're easy to put in and take out (take a lesson...- kugino

Exceptional in Every Detail: Say Hello to the IE 600
good to know it’s not just me and the easily detached connections. on another rant, i wish some of these companies would stop with the around the ear cables. i much prefer a simple drop down the ear with a way to cinch the cable snug to my chin if i want it. the ear loops are a PITA. </endRant>- kugino

been listening to these for the past couple of hours. initial thoughts (similar to many here): What is wrong with these cables? itʻs possibly the worst cables iʻve ever used on ANY headphone. the memory part around the ear barely works the connector to the cable isnʻt strong enough. my 3.5mm...- kugino

Moondrop in-ear monitors Impressions Thread
I just picked up a pair of arias as well...but cannot get a good seal. I have small ears and I know moondrops run on the big side. any ideas? also have a pair of ie600 on the way and I know for sure they'll fit me...but I was hoping the arias would work to have a cheaper set to toss in my bag.- kugino

ordered. should be arriving in a few days. iʻve always been a big fan of the er4s/p...and the new universal iems with a million drivers in them are just too damn big for my tiny ears. these sound like they should fit me quite well and iʻm looking forward to trying them out with the mojo2...- kugino

Any old fart head-fi'ers still around?
thanks for your thoughts, @mulveling...i saw that ES-R10 and was interested. i got a chance to listen to the R10 at the national meet in san jose a while back...same time that i also heard a reel to reel tape feeding some K1000 that made me pick up the K1000 back then...but i could never afford...- kugino

my biggest audio-related regret is selling my HE-6. I'd like to rectify that and pick another one up. if you have one you're not listening to and would like it to go to a good home, please PM me. :) and just for clarification, I'm looking for the original he-6, not any SE or v2 versions. thanks!!- kugino

Motorcyclists - recommend me some iems
prior to the active noise cancelling IEMs that are available today, i rode many years using the etymotic er6i with comply tips. they fit in the ears really snugly and are small with no stem and would not get in the way of the helmet. donʻt know if the etymotic offerings nowadays have stem-less...- kugino

Focal Stellia Review, Measurements, Interview - Head-Fi TV
i have PMʻd the seller so will probably pick up the mojo2...have questyle m15 coming as well and i still use my old but still trusty audio-gd 10.32 for most desktop listening. will be interesting to hear differences between R2R, chordʻs in-house processing, and the ESS. portable setups seem to...- kugino

Grado Fan Club!
um, ok...thanks for the update. in my extensive experiences with original grado lines (and iʻve heard all of them and owned most of them not counting the hp series), warmth and bass can be manipulated a lot via amp choices and even pads. grados with a melos tube, a gilmore-lite or one of...- kugino
