    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

Quote:   Thanks for your and sorry for my late reply. I'm from Europe and unfortunately, most of these IEM aren't available here, the only one is the MEElec A161. What do you think about the Brainwavz M3 and MEElec A151? Budget is about 70 € (90 $).

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

@ljokerl: Hey, I'm looking for new In-Ears because my Brainwavz M1 are broken. Since I want to have more highs (I used the following Rockbox EQ settings on my M1: 150: +2, 800: -2, 4000: +6), I tried the M4. They are pretty nice, but the bass is boomy sometimes, for my music (metal, rock) I...

    [Review] Brainwavz M4

Someone got a recommendation for an IEM similar to the M4 (recessed mids, clear highs but not too aggressive), but bass which is less boomy, but more clear and dry (e.g. Fischer Silver Bullets)?

Is it usual that you get no order confirmation when buying the MS1?

I will buy the MS1. Would you recommend the MS1 or the MS1 2009 version which costs 10 $ more for my purposes? Is the MS1 2009 version the MS1i?

Yeah it's valod but I think you have to play a lot of money for sending it to the USA and back. And it can disappear on its way.

Yeah, but unfortunatey I'm from Germany. If warranty is no problem for people outside of the US, I would surely buy the MS1.

Ok, thanks. And what's your opinion about Sennheiser HD25-1 II or the new HD 558 and HD 598? At the moment the HD25-1 is my favourite.

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

At the beginning I thought I need a closed headphone but now I don't think that anymore. I can't imagine that I disturb my roommates and neighbours with an open headphone when my door is closed. So please tell me your suggestions for open headphones.

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

So far the HD25-1 is my favourite, but I've read they have a limited soundstage. As far as I've unterstood that's a normal thing for closed headphones, but I don't think I necessarily need a closed one, so maybe there are better phones for me. Another favourite would be the MS1. Problem is...

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

1,50 m should be okay I think, but a bit more would be better. I don't think that I need closed headphones, as there are walls between me and my roommates. So open headphones should be okay, too or what do you think? Really can't imagine they are able to hear it in their rooms... What about...

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

Ok, thanks. So far they are my favourite. Do you know how long the wire of the HD25-1 is? Does someone else has any other suggestions? I would say the most important point is that the headphones are very good for listening to metal music. That's the main purpose.

Thank you. Hmm, it seems to be a tough decision. I think I just order one and test it. Unfortunately, I don't have an option to test some headphones. But I have read in another thread, that Sennheiser and metal is not a good match. I don't listen music / play guitar very loud, so maybe I...

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

Thank you for your reply. Do you know how long the wire of the DT770 is? For praciting guitar, it should not be too short...   I've also read that Grados are very good for metal, but some people say they are not very comfortable and that's bad when I'm playing guitar. And what about the...

Headphones for playing guitar and listening metal

Hello, I'm looking for headphone which I can use for practicing electric guitar. I'm currently have a small Marshall combo (which sounds crappy anyway...) but I think it will soon be replaced by a better amplifier. I don't want to disturb my roommates and neighbours so I need a headphone. I...
