How does it compare with the MH1 (that's what I currently use)?

The Sony MH1c seems to have been retired, and I can't find it even on Ebay India!

Thanks for the reply Tai. I had the misconception that the sound will work but the mic will not if the standards don't match. Thanks for confirming that its normal for the sound to appear muffled. I'll wait for the converter. :)

I am also caught in two minds between Eterna and Consonance. For me the two main criterion are bass and accuracy. Fischer's website touts Consonance as a more bassy earphone. Which earphone has a better (quality and quantity) in your opinion?
