yes, have the same drivers. This sunds very good, better like black filters. sound is warm and fun, without sparklu hihg like in black filters (on ipod touch). With my sony nwz e443 is more muddy.

i'm thinking about srh840 to, but they are to big form me, and i'm looking for portable phones to my sony nwz e443 or ipod touch 2g/ipgone 3gs + small mobile polish amp holdegron. i think taht srh440 sounds great, but i like little more bas.
