What firmware for most warm sound ? And where do i get that firmware?

i used dbpoweramp and foobar with no luck with firmware v5 it also didnt detect my flac file i decided to exchange mine with another new x2 to my seller.

i have serious problem here my x2 just cant read FLAC file i already converted it again. but no luck.   will try to switch to v5

try different tips i tried spinfit. it will  make havi's soundstage grander / expansive than stocktips. but it will make more laidback presentation

i got play function exactly like this. the 2nd press don't go back to normal mode. glad i have the song repeat function. my alien cannot play flac at all. i try to convert many times and many methods but didn't work, so my songs is all wav format. the song i can have bit/freq is 24bit/48Khz max.
