I had the chance to listen to the L3, BLON03, UF for the past few days, the 03, UF really sounds 'fun', L3 is a bit analytical compared to the 2, i would use the L3 for studio mixing work compared to the other 2 for example it really depends on your taste or mood

i had good experience with BGVP support, but i didn't follow what happened in that DM6 qc issue i actually have 2 DM6 in our household, both are identical but these were bought early

i think it would have been better if the L3 didn't have the dip switches, it is just adding more parts to a relatively budget iem i also compared my urbanfun and my L3, there is no way the UF mids/treble outpaces the L3 the bery bass is so good on the UF though but the bass on the L3 is more...
