My MD-33's, which I really like, have died. The wire to the right bud has worn out. Has anyone recabled earbuds? Is there an easy way to do it? Where can I buy headphone cables that are just the cable (and preferably a nice one, like Audio-Technica uses) without any connector? Optionally...

I'd like to use my zen micro for interviews and recording, but without a mic jack i can't use a decent microphone. has anyone had their zen micro open? Has anyone successfully internally modded a micro?

So I picked up a zen micro off ebay, titled as untested, so I basically took a chance with it. It came yesterday, and after picking up a usb cable it booted up nicely. It works fine except when I push the headphone jack sideways, all the lower frequencies (vocals, guitar, drums) dissapear...
