heman, that is great for you, but it does not solve the problem for us guys on X5 1st gen.  There are no firmware updates since quite some time and it is just stupid that i cannot touch the files when connecting device directly to mac.  Fiio pls help.

guys,   hope you FiiO service desk / product managers pick this up.  The FiiO does NOT connect with latest version on Mac OS anymore.  Connecting it to the Mac does not open any of the two drives.  Any chance you can look into this?   thanks a lot c

Hi, what cables/connectors would you recommend to connect x5 via digital coax out to receiver. I have pioneer sc lx 85 which only has RCA digital coax in, while x5 has 3,5mm headphone style coax out. Any ideas?
