No, you can't turn unbalanced cable balanced. You can turn balanced cable into unbalanced by an adapter but not the other way around.

Just to say before the pre-order begins, I have preordered mine long ago in the name of amp4 in advancedmp3 since February. It's limited so it's normal someone cant get it. Me myself missed the amp4 and followed this thread, baidu tieba, and the hong kong distributor closely.

this is what i extracted from the hong kong distributor facebook page. It's priced at HKD 998, with a 2.5->3.5mm convertor.

The only thing i notice is that they have a CB14 and a HKD200 (maybe CA02?) worth gift for those who preordered the AMP4s, I really hope the same applies to us preordering from advancedmp3players. Also, it takes another two weeks for the new module to arrive in HK, guess it will be longer for UK.
