Shure SE846 Impressions Thread
Might look into a pair later if I visit the states. Have only used TF10, UE 600, RE0 before, so haven't tried the Shure sig. That said the signature of all my previous IEM just wasn't right, I know I'd definitely prefer more vibrant signature than RE0, wider sound stage than UE 600 - and...- coolant8

Shure SE535: Reviews and First Impressions Thread
Just curious - is SE535 discontinued? Looking for a decent IEM - thinking about the Shure - though the availability appears to be lacking in the UK. I presume SE846 is not the direct replacement - might there be a direct replacement to 535 soon?- coolant8

Not had ER-6i before. Though UE700 is definitely more portable, comfortable for prolonged use- and by far easier to drive.- coolant8

Quote: UE700 is considered to have bright presentation. Have you looked into Etymotic ER-6i? They are detailed and analytic, as well as cold in sig.- coolant8

Really into mainstream music and pop, as well as opera sometimes. When I put on UE700 (+Cowon D2) - the sound signature was detailed, initially rather harsh, almost tiny, not 'bright' as some implied. With a bit burn-in, became more tolerable. From memory, had above average soundstage, something...- coolant8

Shure se115 @ CES
Just have to wait and see. Since there is already se210 pretty close up, I doubt shure would make 1 series much better, that would affect the sales of higher end model.- coolant8
