I didn't say you had problems with the X5ii, but that you only come to Head-Fi when you need help. Most people are like this on other forums as well, they only show up when they need help. That's why you can easily find people with problems in these product threads - because they come here for...- clee290

People generally come to forums for help. If you had no issues with your AK Jr, would you know about other peoples' issues? Would you even be on this forum? I doubt it. Just look through your post history, it's just you looking for help with the AK Jr, then complaining about the AK Jr, then...- clee290

No, the RHA MA750s don't have removable cables, but I've heard that RHA has an amazing warranty service. If your pair breaks, they'll just send you a new one without needing your broken pair sent back to them.- clee290

Yep, it's definitely not bad at all when browsing via folders. When browsing from the categories menu though, there will be an album cover thumbnail next to each item (artist/album) where the folder picture is in my video. That's my theory is where all the lagginess comes from. If they had...- clee290

Decided to record a quick video while scrolling through my list. I scroll through normally then drag the scrollbar a bit. No letters/quick jump, unfortunately. https://gfycat.com/EverlastingUnnaturalGrassspider- clee290

You can drag the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to quickly navigate through your list. If you don't want a laggy experience, I would recommend exclusively using the folder browser and not the categories (artist/albums/songs). Obviously, this'll mean that you might want to organize...- clee290

Can't you just set the player to shuffle? The list of songs will always be in alphabetical order, but with shuffle on, it'll play songs in a random order.- clee290

I think if someone has a lot of music and is browsing via the Artists/Albums menus (instead of Folders), there will be some lag there. A&K made a, IMO, terrible decision where they wanted to display a album cover thumbnail next to every Artist/Album. I personally think that this is the cause of...- clee290

The amp works when plugged into the iPod? Did you try number 1 (earphones/headphones plugged right into the AK Jr)?- clee290

I'd say that IE8s are solid depending on the price you get them for. If you want something super bassy, you can try asking in the Basshead Thread and see what they would suggest in your price range. A few things you should try: 1. Use a pair of earphones/headphones without the amp...- clee290

Somebody had asked about that same thing some time ago and I still haven't been able to figure it out. I'm going to try something tomorrow, but I have a feeling that it isn't possible to do that.- clee290

I've created playlists using MP3tag, I believe. Edit: Yep, I just created a playlist with MP3tag to confirm. What I do: 1) Connect micro SD card to computer via memory card reader (connecting the player via USB should work similarly) 2) Open micro SD card in Finder (I'm on Mac -...- clee290

It might be due to the lighting. I don't have the best lighting right now as it's dark out, but I took some photos (with my iPhone 6S) of my gold/black Plenue D. Under incandescent lighting, no flash: No incandescent lighting, with flash:- clee290
