Thanks for the impressions, glad I found it after sorting through all the whining and moaning.  Unfortunately my comment only adds to the uselessness.

I updated the title, they are sending me an overnight replacement and asked me to send back my original pair.  So my faith in them is fully restored, had these for 2 years too, so they will keep me as a customer in the future.   Glad that my faith in small businesses is still in good standing.

the s9 might go down in price with the new J3 coming out...or the sflo:2 but the sflo sounds like it has a terrible interface and is buggy as hell, battery life on it sucks too
