Yes unfortunately this is how the volume wheel works. N6II is a high end almost TOTL DAP and should be free of issue such as this. I really wonder if this could be fixed via FW update or it’s a bad HW implementation. Cayin should at least give us a statement about it...

Yes this is exactly what my unit does too. The combination of that screen protector and the horrible looking case which is slowly peeling it off is unacceptable for a player in this price category imho...

I bought it with A01 and T01 so the adapter should have been included. Can’t use my 2.5 cables until the spare one arrives... Hell! I see now, it’s some kind of a gel protector and it looks worse and worse every minute. I’ll peel it off tomorrow. Now to the Cayin app, well I expected better...
