i know right! couldn't agree more on what you said, exactly feel the same. the ClearAudio+ sounds like a hybrid of Clear Bass + Studio VPT (surround) to me. now without the Clear Bass level adjustment, i have to preset the EQ +2.5 for 31Hz and 62Hz to emulate Clear Bass +1, and +5.0 for 31Hz...

how i wish there is something with mh1c's sound tuning + mh750's housing + better cable and eartips. because i prefer the sound from mh1c and the wearing comfort from mh750. or mh1c in final e3000's housing, cable and eartips.

Saw these last 2 units on my local e-commerce platform below USD10 each, so i grabbed it. :ksc75smile: almost same sound compared to my MDR-NC033 (which comes with my NW-S755) Hope there will be deal for MDR-NC750...i'm waiting :grin:

it suffers phase shift issue exactly the same like what DC03 did. but DC03 fixed it via firmware update, but this thing doesn't even have a proper page to check for firmware update. they name this dac as CS-PRO audio because it uses cirrus logic dac chip while they have other dac called ESS-PRO...
