Holo Audio Bliss
You can see the 4.4 mm connector at the very top-left corner of the photo. It also seems to have 6.35 mm jack.- bemeurer

DDR5 ram
A point I forgot in my previous message: You can just build a Faraday cage around your computer if you think EMI is causing issues. Then use a USB interface with a powerful PLL and you can also forget about jitter. Alternatively, leave the PC in a separate room and use a network bridge...- bemeurer

DDR5 ram
If that's what you're concerned about, I imagine DDR5 will, if anything, be worse due to the higher transfer rates. Moreover, the article you linked talks about the DRAM signal integrity, but that has no bearing on how much noise (i.e. interference) it's causing to other things. I imagine future...- bemeurer

DDR5 ram
None. The signal integrity improvement is to allow higher transfer rates to the DRAM IC. One could make the claim that due to DDR5's inherent error-correction mechanism, it would be possible that a corruption to an audio sample loaded into DRAM could be prevented, but any effects there are...- bemeurer

Holo Audio Bliss
I'm really curious what the power output will be. The only thing holding me back from getting an Oor/Hypsos is knowing the Bliss is supposed to be around the corner.- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
After a few days of digging, is there any portable (or transportable) device that can power these other than the Chord Hugo 2? That thing looks like a usability nightmare, I'd really like to find something else. Perhaps the Fiio Q7 that's coming later this year, but that remains to be seen.- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
It's definitely not as much as my 64Audio A12t's. It's enough that I can't hear people talking to me with music playing.- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
Okay, I found a truly "quiet" song, and I can confirm that the A90D cannot reach "pain" loudness in low gain with the Stealths. At 99, this song is just "too loud". In medium gain, I can actually get the amp to clip before it reaches pain levels. At least that's what, I assume, is happening, as...- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
That's correct, it has low and medium gain only. My DAC is in 5v mode. I picked this as a recording with pretty good dynamic range, and without insane compression: Low gain: 70 is the lowest volume I'd use, 75 is medium-loud, 85 is unlistenably loud. Medium gain: 60 is about the lowest, 67 is...- bemeurer

I've just discovered that if you pinch and release the headband wires with them on, it makes an insanely deep sound. Highly recommend it, it sounds like a movie's sound effects.- bemeurer

On low gain, the volume range for me on the A90D is 65-75- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
I'm currently listening to my FLAC rip of this album, listening level is medium-high, the A90D is at 66. Interestingly, if I move it up to 71 it becomes painfully loud. I think I'm just being a victim of the non-linear volume curve on the A90D.- bemeurer

Yeah, using the 4.4mm output. The volume curve is completely different on the A90D from the A90 though, so I don't think it'll translate. I'm on Curve 1:- bemeurer

Dan Clark Audio Stealth Review, Interview, Measurements
Just got the Stealths, pretty amazing bass. I do miss the speed of the SR-1a's a bit, but the overall tonal balance on these is just spot on. Has anyone had any success powering these from a portable source? I tried my A&K SE180's in high gain, and it struggled pretty hard. Right now, I have...- bemeurer
