Thanks I will check them out. How do they compare to the PX95 and PX100 Senns? The Pro 780i is not exactly an ultra portable. They are not exactly even SupraAurals. Has to be the size/form factor of the ones I listed.

By Ultraportable I mean over ear - not IEM's... Examples: Sennheiser PX100/PX95, Koss Porta Pro, etc... I would not consider the Audio Technica ESW9 or ES10 as an Ultra Portable as they are too big. I want something I can comfortably walk and run around in and even lay down in without them...

I had a PX100 and loved it, until I got a PX95 which I found to be even more airy and open sounding. Now I'm searching for a replacement - it can be current or discontinued. I never liked the Koss Porta Pro or any of the Koss ones as much. Essentially I'm searching for PX series form factor but...

Well I know that some of then fiio's have this feature, i was asking if there are any others in the explorer-fiio price range that had it besides those two or udac or ifi. Something premium like the explorer but not the explorer.

Does anyone know of a portable DAC that can be USB powered with a hub or something that will work with Android and has a Coaxial (preferred) or Optical Output? Has to be in the price range of the Meridian Explorer - the only ones I know of are the Explorer and Fiio - any other brands?

Which of those sounds the least congested without being amped? I really want something I can play from my phone that is ultra portable and that is the clearest ultra portable available... Not interested in earbuds as they are too invasive for me.

I have never heard of the 2.20 or 2.30 but they are a bit bigger than I want. I have something that size already the Audio Technica ATH-ES10's. I want something ultra portable but best sound quality possible...

Also discovered the Beyerdynamic DTX35 and some other portable Beyers. Do some of these sound similar to the DT880 at all?

I'm really considering the Form 2's but haven't heard them. Can anyone give me a rundown comparison between them and the PX100's and possibly others on the list?

Hello Head Fellow Head-Fiers! I lost my PX-100's a few months ago and have been meaning to get replacements. They were first generation and I really liked them but they could have used a lot more clarity. They sounded very dark like an HD650 where I want something that still has bass but more...
