welp broke another one very poor mp3 player with intentional design flaws good thing I moved on from this over a year ago just wish I didn't even bother trying to help this piece of junk

Has anyone else had problems with the jack? Seems weak I can understand that my old mdr-v6 jack was a little on the heavy side but under a year later every time I move the player the left channel goes in and out.

The monoprice cables look a little heavy for the jack on the headphone.  

They seem to be plastic but am talking about, OK you know the metal ring and on it that screw looking things that the housing for the drivers is connected and moves up and down with I thank that's plastic and it's kinda lame that there's all this metal that makes it look sexy but that important...

I just got mine in the mail and really love it(got it for $300). The bit that attaches the speaker with the metal ring is just hard plastic right? Kinda dumb to have all this metal and then in the most important area use plastic.  

Yeah mine takes a sec too must be normal.
