Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
I see you all type jitter clock. I googled but can’t find anything on it. May I know what music term is that bros? Tks. Come to think of it when you all said it with regards to SA700 don’t have any screws to open and change batt, yah I didn’t even realised too. The mechanics of it, in the first...- argentinafa

The Official 64 Audio Thread | apex & tia Technologies
Tks for the graph. Ciems will always sound different as compared to uiem. E.g. Crinacle’s list of rating, he rated Layla (sorry to dwell over to JH Audio) to be a B. I took the leap of faith 2 mths back to make a ciem Layla. Very pleased with it. If I am to purchase another ciem, my next would...- argentinafa

crinacle's IEM Ranking List
I feel that JH Audio Layla should be a S rather than B rating.- argentinafa

Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
SP1000M for the better battery life. SA700 for the forward sounding mids and the price is cheaper too. I did contemplate between these 2 model too but I chosen SA700 in the end coz of the sturdier stainless steel body. It feels solid when holding onto it as compared to aluminium body of SP1000M.- argentinafa

Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
Just updated. Besides this volume limit warning, it says that this version update also improves on the stability of the device. It may be placebo effect, but I do feel the responsiveness of the SA700 improves noticeably. Pressing back and forth on it seems faster. Just a quick listen to 3...- argentinafa

Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
Neutral will be ZX300. ZX507 improves on the clarity, as well as wider width and higher depth. ZX507 loses to SA700 on instrument separation too.- argentinafa

Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
Noticeable difference on the clarity of vocals. Only WM1Z, SP1000 & SP2000 can match SA700’s very forward mids.- argentinafa

Astell&Kern SA700 - Past meets Present
Vocals just come alive for me when I’m listening to my SA700. Which is what I’m looking for. Double bonus is when the ciem that I’m pairing with is also mids centric. Super crisp mids! Only thing to note is the short battery life of around 7.5hrs on my 2.5mm balanced cable. But that is ok...- argentinafa

JH Audio Layla vs. JH Audio Roxanne
Layla on 2 o’clock is fine for me. Perhaps my tracks are mostly more to female vocals centric. And most are 80s Singers. Idk about the myth of ciems’ burning in period of 200hrs, but yes I do feel the bass coming in stronger on day XX as of now, than it was on day 01 when I first hear my Layla...- argentinafa
