In my experience, with the um3x it took me a few days to really start liking the sound. Now I think these iems are a very good all rounder. Having no midbass hump and a nice tight bass might be boring for some people, but I've come to really enjoy the sound. I like the clean presentation...

I am curious, do the um3x have more bass quantity than the se530? I've read contrasting reports saying they do, and also they dont. As you can see it is a bit confusing to me
