Might sound stupid but I got some audio eq plug-ins from DMG Audio but now i don't know how to open them / use them. On their website they advertise some EQ program but i got the plug ins instead. I am also looking into the the Ozone 5 advanced...but then again i don't even know how to use them xD

  Get the AKG K612 Pros if you don't want to use an amp. You motherboard has to be pretty recent (z77 $200 and up, z87 $160$ up, z97 130$ up, depends on mobo ofc) otherwise you'll have issues powering it. If you want a cheap dac get the syba dac.

I just downloaded a song in FLAC format and it sounded SO different and SO much better i am wondering where i can get all my fav songs in lossless formats, for free ofc.

If you can spend a little more than 300 then the HD 600s would be ideal if you have an amp.

If you don't mind open headphones i recommend the K612 pro over ANY other in the sub 170$ price range
