Alien+ don't have hiss.
I'm very happy and grateful to hear all your comments concerning the Alien+ (and vs Alien Gold).
Has anyone written any formal reviews of this DAP yet?
I'd be extremely interested to hear about how it compares to (for example) the Opus #1, Fiio X5iii, DP-X1 (or similar cheaper Onkyo/Pioneer models).
Basically, against all the DAP's I see as its potential competitors!
Is there anyone who can offer comparisons?

I will writing review Alien+ end of this week, begins next week. I compare with Opus #1, Fiio X5 III, DX200, DX100 and Alien Gold.

Since most of us don't have an Alien+ (yet!), love is all we have to give
But I give it generously, and I'm confident the product deserves it

I'd probably still keep the Gold even if I got this new one, it just looks so cool haha.

My review Alien+ in Polish forum http://forum.mp3store.pl/topic/146724-shozy-alien/. Give me a few days I translate my review and upload on Head-fi.

My Polish isn't all that good.
Which is to say, non-existent. I can pronounce 'Agnieszka' and 'Wieckiewicz' correctly, but that's about it
