I will be holding this in my office. I will need 3-4 folding tables, few extension cords and power strips to be brought by attendees.

I will have my HIFIMAN HE-400 I, Cowon Plenue M2, AK JR and if I am lucky Mr. Speakers Aeon for our listening pleasure. Searching for a portable amp to use with Cowon M2.
I would also appreciate any guidance from veterans of this kind of event.
 
Please tell me if you can bring a foldable table, chairs or power cords and power strip.  
 
I am looking forward to a great day of listening and hope to hear a bunch of new headphones and amps and a course meet some great people with similar interests.

That was just about my drive time going to Chicago meet. This is on 2.5 hours so much better. I gave up coffee a while ago so I feel your pain.

There are no CanJams that weekend so I doubt I'll be out of town for work, and I could potentially be in Cincinnati. Hmm. If it doesn't fill up I'll RSVP as it gets closer. And if I'm able to make it, I'll bring several pieces from the office that nobody has on the list at that time.
