Woot! My Realiser is on the mend and they're just waiting for a part. And the best part is even though the damage was due to clumsiness, it's a no charge fix. Again, I say woot! And I can't wait as I have a few new Blus sitting here waiting to be watched.

The funny thing is that since I'm the clumsy one I figured I'd be the one to damage it first. Since my friend did it, I had to laugh a bit at that.

Well it finally happened. I had the IR transmitter plugged in for charging which of course sticks out of the front of the unit. I had to cancel my visit to the Egyptian/AIX/MiCasa next week for calibrations. Not happy about this.

They could have it so if you double pressed a preset button within 1 second, it activates a second preset. Easy way from 4 to 8 presets.

I have the Stax amp plugged in directly to the Realiser and I find the volume to be good. I have the knob on the Stax amp turned up one pip past halfway.

I also got the Stax extension cord. 8 foot. Just got it today

Slightly OT but I just wanted to mention the outstanding service I got from Lorr when it came to replacing the remote. He asked me to try a few things none of which worked, then he said he'd put a new one in the mail when he got back to the office. Got the new remote in three days tops. Luckily...
