Does anybody know where I can find a mini plug that will fit into the Audio Technica ath-anc7? It's a rather small plug that's needed...

Somehow this feels like a stupid question, but I'll still ask it I just ordered the Audio Technica ATH-ANC7 from Amazon. I will use it with my Zune. Question is, should I buy a portable amp to go with it? I'm thinking about the Xin.

Can you guys give sort of a relative rating for the Grados. I'm still wondering which one to get, but have only been able to listen to the sr60. Of course, I'd like to get the RS1, but I don't think my ears are good enough to appreciate the difference in sound quality from the cheaper models. So...
