    Fill the gap with epoxy, and sanding it using soft sandpaper.

    Prepare some Powerglue and toothpick. Glue the edge of the housing using toothpick. Stick together and clamp it using vise. Wait until the glue dry.

    How to open the housing. Do it slowly and gently, you dont want it to be broken, right :D. Open the housing and resolder the broken wire. Will update later after I eat some kfc's :D

    Lightning to USB, silver plated copper cable. For the lightning its use mini usb housing mod with dremel to make it angle from its side, same too with the usb. Here the cheap usb housing that used by the builder.
