Yep. I used to use Alesis M1 actives, but just upgraded to the Sonodyne SM100AK's, which will be used as my nearfield active monitors for.... well, hopefully a long time to come :)

My STX has driven absolutely every headphone I've ever thrown at it. Also, my HD 800's sound just fine on them. I often switch off my WA2 and just use them on my STX in fact.
