tdockweiler,   I've spent several minutes trying to find your post with the symptoms of which you complain of your Asgard 2.   I have not found that post, and have to get back to what I was doing before I read this sent to my email.  So my response is about the problem I had with my Asgard 2...

"Byrnie"   The A 2 really worked wonderness for my AKG 702 Annies, did a thing for the bass that's impressive.  

Mine have number 003588.  No full review here, but I paired them with the Asgard 2, and life is beautiful.  Plenty of good controlled base to go with the other fine qualities of the annies.

I cannot tell you I know of the headphones that are in your current inventory, but the asgard 2 is a high quality, well built, and good looking amp with transistor versatility and should be compatible with almost any headphones out there.  Some of the reviews here are tainted because of teething...
